Chicken and Rice Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the bell peppers and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
