Stir-Fried Rice with Chicken and Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 pound chicken strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the bell peppers and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.

6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the rice is heated through.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
