Grilled Steak and Rice Bowls

Ingredients:

- 2 steaks
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Rub the steaks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

4. Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, add the bell pepper slices to the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly charred.

6. To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked rice between two bowls.

7. Slice the steaks and place on top of the rice.

8. Top with the grilled bell peppers and serve.
