Stir-Fried Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the bell peppers, garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
