Spicy Grilled Chicken with Bell Peppers and Onions
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, cut into strips
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts.
4. Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, add the bell pepper strips and onion strips to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
