Bergamota and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 bergamotas, peeled and diced
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced bergamotas and cucumbers.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the bergamota and cucumber mixture and toss to combine.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
