Recipe Name: Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Wash the berries and remove any stems.
2. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
3. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, plain yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
4. If desired, add a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
