Black Rice Sour Cherry Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups black rice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the black rice, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until well combined.
3. Fold in the sour cherries and dark chocolate chips.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
