Boerenkool Focaccia Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 Banderos wraps
- 1/2 cup of Bio hollandse uien, diced
- 1 Boboli mediterraneo focaccia, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup of Boerenkool, cooked
- 1/4 cup of Cashewnoten, chopped
- 2 ounces of Castello creamy blue 70 or President brie 60, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup of Champagne francois de coche brut
- 1/4 cup of Charles du lac brut
- 2 Danerolles croissants, cut into small cubes
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place Banderos wraps on a baking sheet.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the diced uien, focaccia cubes, boerenkool, cashewnoten, brie cubes, Champagne francois de coche brut, and Charles du lac brut.
4. Divide the mixture evenly among the wraps, spreading it out to the edges.
5. Top each wrap with the croissant cubes.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
