Brazil Nut & Chia Seed Oatmeal
Ingredients:
-1 cup oats
-1/2 cup brazil nuts, chopped
-1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
-2 tablespoons chia seeds
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-2 cups water
-1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, brazil nuts, walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Add the water and milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve the oatmeal warm and top with additional chopped nuts, if desired. Enjoy!
