Brazilian Catupiry Burger
Ingredients:
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 beef patties
- 2 tablespoons of Catupiry cheese
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Place the beef patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
3. Place the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet and toast for about 2 minutes, or until lightly golden.
4. Spread the Catupiry cheese on the toasted buns.
5. Place the cooked beef patties on the buns and top with the chopped parsley.
6. Serve and enjoy!
