Brazilian Mozarella Pizza with Catupiry Stuffed Border

Ingredients:

-1 pound of pizza dough

-1/2 cup of tomato sauce

-1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

-1/4 cup of catupiry cheese

-1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil

-1/4 cup of chopped fresh oregano

-1/4 cup of olive oil

-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

3. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.

4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

5. Place the catupiry cheese around the edge of the pizza.

6. Sprinkle the basil and oregano over the pizza.

7. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza.

8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
