Recipe Name: Brazilian Vegetable and Meat Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 large eggplant (berinjela), sliced
- 1 cup of rice (arroz)
- 1 pound of ground beef (carne moída)
- 1 cup of green beans (vagem), chopped
- 1 cup of pumpkin (abóbora), diced
- 1 cup of cabbage (repolho), shredded
- 1 cup of macaroni (macarrão)
- 1 cup of tomato sauce (massa de tomate)
- 4 strips of bacon, chopped
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the chopped bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy.
4. Add the sliced eggplant, green beans, pumpkin, and cabbage to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
5. In a separate pot, cook the rice and macaroni according to package instructions.
6. Once the rice and macaroni are cooked, add them to the skillet with the meat and vegetables.
7. Stir in the tomato sauce and mix everything together until well combined.
8. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the casserole.
10. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
