Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:

- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces cooked sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 flour tortillas

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cooked sausage, eggs, lemon juice, and milk until combined.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cream cheese mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through and the mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese.

4. Heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and top with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.

6. Serve the breakfast burritos warm. Enjoy!
