Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cooked sausages, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the sausage slices and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
4. Place the tortillas on a plate and divide the sausage and egg mixture between them.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Fold the tortillas in half and serve. Enjoy!
