Breakfast Burrito Bagel

Ingredients:

-1 bagel
-1 large egg
-1/4 cup of diced bell pepper
-1/4 cup of diced onion
-1/4 cup of shredded cheese
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

2. Add the bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Crack the egg into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

4. Toast the bagel in a toaster or in the oven.

5. Place the scrambled egg, bell pepper, and onion onto the bagel.

6. Top with the shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve and enjoy!
