Breakfast Sausage Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-1/4 cup milk
-2 tablespoons butter
-4 cooked sausage links, chopped
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-4 large rolls
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are cooked through.
4. Add chopped sausage and cook until heated through.
5. Divide egg mixture among rolls, top with cheese, and wrap up.
6. Place roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
