Recipe Name: Brie-Stuffed Chicken with Tomato Cherry Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- Salt
- 10 tomato cherry, halved
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 100g brie cheese, sliced
- 200g pasta
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and make a slit in the middle of each breast to create a pocket.
3. Stuff each chicken breast with slices of brie cheese and season the outside with salt.
4. Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. While the chicken is baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
6. In a separate pan, sauté the onion and carrot until softened.
7. Add the halved tomato cherry to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
8. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together. Season with salt to taste.
9. In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
10. In another pan, sauté the diced potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
11. Serve the brie-stuffed chicken on a plate with the tomato cherry pasta, crispy potatoes, sliced avocado, and a drizzle of soy sauce.
