Broccoli and Cheese Omelette


- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese


1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until smooth.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

3. Add the broccoli and tomato and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and sprinkle with the cardamom.

5. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are almost set.

6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and cook for 1 minute, until the cheese is melted.

7. Fold the omelette in half and cook for 1 minute, until the eggs are cooked through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
