Brocolli and Egg Scramble
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped brocolli
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the butter to the skillet and melt.
3. Add the chopped brocolli to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together.
5. Pour the eggs into the skillet with the brocolli and scramble until the eggs are cooked through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve and enjoy!
