Fried Rice with Hotdog
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 hotdogs, sliced into small pieces
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the hotdog slices and cook until lightly browned.
3. Add the beaten eggs and stir until scrambled.
4. Add the cooked rice, pepper, salt, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and the liquid has been absorbed.
