Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
3. Add the brown sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
