Chocolate Chip Blondies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with butter and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, corn syrup, and melted butter.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
