Recipe Name: Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Stir in the garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are toasted.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour in the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
8. Serve the butter chicken hot with rice or naan bread. Enjoy!
