Butternut Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta of your choice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of cooked lentils

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

3. Place the diced chicken and cubed butternut squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

5. Once the chicken and butternut squash are cooked, add them to the tomato sauce and stir to combine.

6. Add the cooked pasta and lentils to the sauce and stir to combine.

7. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with the grated cheese.

8. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Serve and enjoy!
