Byadagi Chili Potato Fry

Ingredients:

- 4 Byadagi chili peppers
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the potatoes and Byadagi chili peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the asafoetida and salt and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
