Camarão ao Capim Santo com Champagne

Ingredients:

- 1 pound of camarão (shrimp)

- 2 tablespoons of capim santo (a Brazilian herb)

- 1 cup of champagne

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the camarão and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the capim santo and champagne and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve over rice or with crusty bread. Enjoy!
