Ingredients:
- 1 pound of shrimp (camaron)
- Salt (sal)
- 4 tablespoons of butter (mantequilla)
- 2 cups of rice (arroz)
- 2 tablespoons of oil (aceite)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Peel and devein the shrimp, then season with salt.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the cooked rice, stirring to combine.
7. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them in the buttery garlic sauce.
