Cannabis-Infused Prosciutto Cavatappi

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of marijuana
- 4 ounces of prosciutto, diced
- 8 ounces of marinated mozzarella, diced
- 1 pound of cavatappi noodles
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 pound of Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the cavatappi noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the ground beef, Italian sausage, and prosciutto and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the almond milk, cherry tomatoes, basil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Add the cooked cavatappi noodles and marinated mozzarella and stir to combine.

7. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.

8. Sprinkle the marijuana over the top of the dish.

9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

10. Serve hot and enjoy!
