Recipe Name: Caqui Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
- 3 caquis
- 1 xícara de açúcar
- 1/2 xícara de água
- 4 pães francês amanhecidos
- 1/2 xícara de rapadura ralada
- 1 pitada de sal
- Farinha de trigo

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Peel and chop the caquis into small pieces.
3. In a saucepan, combine the chopped caquis, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the caquis are soft and the mixture thickens slightly. Set aside to cool.
4. Cut the pães francês into small cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
5. Sprinkle the rapadura, salt, and a little bit of flour over the bread cubes. Toss to combine.
6. Pour the cooled caqui mixture over the bread cubes and mix well to ensure the bread is coated.
7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
8. Serve the caqui bread pudding warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy!
