Caramel Apple Cider

Ingredients:

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup concentrated apple juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon natural caramel coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon malic acid acidulant
- 1/4 teaspoon potassium metabisulfite antioxidant
- 1/4 teaspoon natural aroma

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the water, apple juice, sugar, caramel coloring, malic acid acidulant, potassium metabisulfite antioxidant, and natural aroma.

2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

4. Serve the caramel apple cider warm or chilled. Enjoy!
