Make Cardamom Rice Pudding
Cardamom Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 2 cardamom pods, crushed
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons ghee
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine the raw rice and yellow moong dal.
2. Add enough water to cover the rice and dal and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the jaggery, cardamom, and milk to the pot and stir to combine.
5. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the ghee and stir to combine.
7. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
