Carne Burro con Patate


- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the potatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve the carne burro with a side of your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
