Carrot and Cheese Stuffed Basmati Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
3. Add the grated carrots to the pan and cook until they are soft.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Mix in the cooked basmati rice and grated cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and well combined.
6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
7. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball, then flatten it slightly to form a patty.
8. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
9. Heat a pan with some oil and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
10. Serve the carrot and cheese stuffed basmati rice patties hot and enjoy!
