Carrot and Onion Saute
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the carrots and onion to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
