Carrot Banana Broccoli Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked white rice
-1/2 cup chopped carrots
-1/2 cup chopped banana
-1/2 cup chopped broccoli
-1/4 cup slivered almonds
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the banana and broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked rice and almonds and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
