Make Carrot Besan Suji Mashale

Recipe Name: Carrot Besan Suji Mashale

Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized carrots, grated
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cup suji (semolina)
- 1/4 cup mashale (mixed sprouts)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, besan, suji, mashale, chopped onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter-like consistency.

2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat.

3. Take a small portion of the batter and shape it into a small round or oval-shaped pakora. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

4. Gently slide the pakoras into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove them from the oil and drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

5. Serve the Carrot Besan Suji Mashale pakoras hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.

Note: You can also add chopped coriander leaves or any other spices of your choice to enhance the flavor of the pakoras. Enjoy this delicious and nutritious snack!
