Carrot Cabbage Sushi Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 slices of bread, toasted and cubed
- 1 bitter gourd, peeled and diced
- 8 prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons cashew nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 4 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate cake crumbs
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, carrots, cabbage, onion, potatoes, bread, bitter gourd, prawns, cashew nuts, rum, banana, dates, and chocolate cake crumbs.
2. Mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each portion into a bowl.
4. Place the bowls on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
