Make Carrot Cream Pasta

Carrot Cream Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of dry pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cream and bring to a simmer. Simmer until the cream has thickened, about 5 minutes.

4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine.

5. Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve the pasta warm. Enjoy!
