Recipe Name: Carrot Halwa
Ingredients:
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cashews
Instructions:
1. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan and add the grated carrots. Cook on medium heat until the carrots are soft and cooked through.
2. In a separate pan, heat the remaining 2 tbsp of ghee and roast the cashews until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
3. Add the sugar to the cooked carrots and mix well. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens.
4. Finally, add the roasted cashews and mix well.
5. Serve the delicious Carrot Halwa warm or cold as per your preference. Enjoy!
