Make Carrot Pie

Carrot Pie

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 9-inch unbaked crust pie
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the grated carrots, white sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.

4. Add the melted butter to the egg mixture and stir until combined.

5. Add the carrot mixture to the egg mixture and stir until combined.

6. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.

7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
