Cat and Wild Mushroom Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 slices of bacon, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons of sake
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste
- 1 teaspoon of all spice
- 1 teaspoon of Chinese curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tom yum paste
- 1 cup of kimchi
- 1 cup of pack choi
- 1 cup of wild mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh turmeric, grated
- 1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of low salt
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 cup of beetroot, diced
- 1 teaspoon of squid ink
- 1 cat, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the bacon and cook until it is crispy.
3. Add the garlic, onion, potatoes, sake, soy sauce, tamarind paste, all spice, Chinese curry powder, oyster sauce, tom yum paste, kimchi, pack choi, wild mushrooms, fresh turmeric, cracked black pepper, low salt, sea salt, red bell pepper, spinach, broccoli, beetroot, and squid ink.
4. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cat and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
