Cauliflower Egg Bake

Ingredients:

-1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
-4 eggs
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 bell pepper, diced
-1/2 cup corn
-1/2 cup cottage cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, eggs, cheese, flour, salt, bell pepper, corn, and cottage cheese.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
