Centipede Fritters

Ingredients:

-1 centipede
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Begin by washing the centipede in cold water.

2. Pat the centipede dry with a paper towel.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and salt.

4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

5. Dip the centipede into the flour mixture, coating it completely.

6. Carefully place the centipede into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.

7. Remove the centipede from the oil and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

8. Serve the centipede fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
