Cheesy Egg and Meat Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 pound cooked meat of your choice (ground beef, sausage, or bacon work great)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
4. Add the cooked meat, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking dish.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
