Egg and Spinach Mashed Potato Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of cooked spinach
- 2 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of pickles
- 1/4 cup of Nutella
- 1/4 cup of crisps
- 2 tablespoons of alcohol
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, and yogurt until combined.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, spinach, butter, cheese, ketchup, pickles, Nutella, and crisps.
4. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
6. Top with the potato mixture, spreading it evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
