Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice
2-3 cups of cooked, diced chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of shredded cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, eggs, onion, bell pepper, salt, tomato, garlic, and pasta. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve hot and enjoy!
