Cheesy Rice and Egg Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of uncooked pasta
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
4. Add the cooked rice, pepper, and salt to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
8. Serve and enjoy!
