Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

-2 cups cooked rice
-2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
-1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, beans, and cheese.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir to combine.

4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
