Cheesy Beef and Corn Spaghetti
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground beef
-1/2 cup frozen corn
-1/2 cup diced onions
-1/2 cup frozen peppers
-1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
-2 slices of bread
-1/2 cup shredded lettuce
-2 diced tomatoes
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
3. Add corn, onions, and peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
5. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add to the skillet with the beef and vegetables.
6. Stir in the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
7. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish.
8. Place the slices of bread on top of the mixture.
9. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
10. Serve and enjoy!
